A couple that has a skinny love but act as only friends. They spend a lot of time together and you rarely see one without the other. It is a relationship formed by chance and because of this many people ask "are you dating" and the answer will always be "no". The couple that isn't a couple but might as well be one

Person 1: "Wow, those two are close. Are they dating?"

Person 2: *sadly* "No... there like the dan and phil of the school"
