A Dumb looking bloke with a weirdly shaped head resembling a potato (similar to the big lez show Clarence). You can use the term also for the cunt you know who never adds any wanted information to a conversation known as putting in his 5 cents. Also is most likely gay or has extremely low standards. Usually no one gives a fuck what Clarence is saying. Bit of a paedophile.
