A Hallee is a beautiful woman who, contrary to popular belief is a blonde who is super intelligent but is too modest to tell people. She has amazing blue eyes that someone could get lost in. She likes basketball and is amazing with kids. If you know a Hallee, try and get to know her she’s worth holding on to. She is really sweet and would make a wonderful partner.
