When a place is no longer available or has become off limits due to someone's actions.

Person 1: "Aye, let's go swimming at the pool at the hotel."
Person 2: "Nah, we can't. They caught us last time...Shit's burnt now.

Person 1: "You tryna go to the club tonight?"
Person 2: "Fuck no! The last time we were there, I got hammered and barf-sharked everywhere. That shit's burnt as fuck."
