Dryballer

1. Someone who is all talk and no action.
2. (Slang) Someone who shoots blanks, as in firearms, or someone who's had a vasectomy.
3. (Verb) Dryball - To give the appearance that one is delivering, but actually is not.

That politician is such a dryballer because he never keeps the promises he makes.
