Dishy 

A person or object that is suspicious in the same way that a dishwasher is.

1. Ryan: What do you think of Alison?

Emily: I'm don't like her, she seems dishy.

2. Clara: How would you describe a person who is good at cleans a lot, but can never really do their job right?
Carl: I would describe them as dishy.
