The point of intoxication when you realize that there's no way you can possibly make it home that night. At this point your only goal is to find a place to sleep, no matter how shitty.

Person 1: Wow I'm so messed up, I can't even remember where my dorm is.

Person 2: You can crash at my apartment.

Person 1: Thanks, guess I'm a slumdog chillionaire tonight.
