A song originally written by Dolly Parton about a woman with flaming red hair with whom Dolly's man is obsessed. In the song she pleads with Jolene not to steal her man.

The White Stripes do such a kickass version of Jolene you almosst forget Jack White is begging a woman not to take his man.
