a crackhead is a person who doesn't actually smoke crack, they just act in stupid erratic ways which are extremely abnormal. crackhead behavior is usually temporary and or triggered by outside influences such as alcohol or texts from an ex.
last night i passed out in a truck stop bathroom and someone came in and peed on me, i was such a crackhead.
