Stealth Fat

Fat distributed in such a way that it is either completely hidden or looks like muscle when covered with a shirt.

Guy 1: Dang, that guy is so ripped, i wonder why i've never seen him at the gym.

Guy 2: haha, that guy? thats all stealth fat.
