Carecourt is just like caretruck or carepolice and means when someone is going to fill in a stupid/idiotic complain the carecourt will handle it. Mostly used in an ironic context.

proghopper 

A proghopper is someone who cannot use 1 program for long and must always change programs even when the program is doing the same as the previous one but just looks a bit different or has an extra function.

First she used pidgin, then Trillian and now msn messenger, she's a freaking proghopper
