The spirit of an old greek ruin called Portara. Every second full moon of the month it selects its target (which will be eaten). That person will hear a ringing bell, the frequency of which indicates how close the spirit is to them.
person A: I can hear a bell ringing very fast.
person B: Oh no! Portarius is coming to get you
