Meditation Back to Bed Induced Lucid Dreaming.
A technique to induce a lucid dream which involves meditating for 30 minutes before attempting to lucid dream.

Person 1:Hey dude how do you get lucid?
Person 2:What?
Person 1: I MBBILD.
