Short for "Dryclean Only".
According to the Mitch Hedberg joke: "This shirt is dryclean only. That means it's dirty".
DCO is used to describe that someone is filthy, often in a sexual way.

Oh man, she is totally DCO. She's hooked up with everyone on the lacrosse team.
