The non-spanish speaker's way of calling someone an asshole via a Spanish-English dictionary. Sometimes seen as borra hoya or hoya de borra.

a sarcastic and abruptly blunt means of expressing feelings that are
unapologetic; unsympathetic; unfeeling or expressing regret for an action that has upset or inconvenienced somebody, or is likely to do so
