When something joypalls you or is joypalling, it appalls you but amuses you at the same time. Used especially when the amusing part does not redeem the appalling part or makes it worse.
-During the Republican debate, Brian Williams said that Rick Perry had executed more death row inmates than any governor in modern times, and the audience erupted into the loudest cheers of the night.
