You eat something cold. Your heart burns. But its cold, so how could you call it heartburn? Fire burns, ice/frost cold crap bites (frostbite). Bam, you have heartbite.

Eating a McFlurry too fast, it gives you heartbite. Maybe a brainfreeze.
