Spelunking

A sexual act. The act of shaving one's cranium, applying copious amounts of lubrication, and attempting to insert it into the female vagina.

Doctor: "You have whiplash. Did you recently suffer any trauma to your neck or head?"

Patient: "Yes - I was spelunking my girlfriend when the phone rang and startled her."
