Dangler

When you are taking a crap and you go to wipe, but there is that one piece of crap still hanging out or partly out of your butt.

Hey man i just took a dump and i had to pinch a dangler off with a piece of tp.

I hate it when i have to wipe off a dangler and it gets all over my hand
