When you get a ticket and the officer is a dick.

When you didn't deserve a ticket but the officer was a dick and gave it to you anyway. An officer makes up a reason to ticket you.

Man I didn't deserve that ticket, I was dicketed.

I barely ran that stop sign, I so got dicketed.
