Healthy Lifestyle Week is an annual event in LSC, Kowloon, HK that happens form by form, through context, it tries to improve the lifestyle of students targeted, by:
Asking them to eat "healthy" food that student shave to pay themselves
Asking at least 8 in each class to run 3200 meters and do 7 exercises in 32°C sun
Asking students to eat "healthy" fruits
Asking students to go out and run around in a farm
