This is a phrase that you say when someone does or says something but they have no idea that their timing was totally and stupidly wrong. Oftentimes, people will say it with the word "all".

How you gonna go to the movies with everybody, leave me behind, and then tell me that the film is good and I should go see it ALL AFTER THE FACT??

To beat someone up. This word is said only for a beating that was given barehanded. Does not apply if you used a weapon or even worse, a gun. NYC slang

youre cut off

This is like saying fuck you to someone, or like telling them that you dont fuck with them anymore (you dont associate with them).

This phrase is best said when somebody is trying to explain themselves to you for doing something foul, but you literally cut them off in the middle of it by saying this.

You went and got her a big elephant even though I WAS THE ONE who found out she loves elephants and I was gonna buy her a small one for her birthday?? Thats foul, man... YOURE CUT OFF!!!

Girls who defend Chris Brown after he beat up Rihanna are some Chris Breezy mascots. Someone who's wearing a California sweatshirt even though they grew up in New York, thats A Cali mascot. Someone who thinks Lil Wayne is the best rapper of all time,You's a damn MASCOT and you need to check out some old school hip hop, you f'n simpleton!!!!

Hippo

A big mouth hippo is a person who says something is wrong one day but then goes and does that exact same thing or has already done it in the past. Calling someone a hippo is like saying look who's talking. Comes from the word hypocrite, but might also be a reference to the really big mouth of a hippo when it opens wide.
