Gymbrag is the practice of posting your workout as your status in social networks.

People who excessively post this type of status are sometimes known as gymbags.

Jim: Went for a run this morning, and feel awesome!
Me: Jim, quit it with the gymbrag already. You're starting to sound like a real gymbag.
