When a girl gets pissed off for no reason. Can occur at any time once a month, and lasts from 2 days to a week.
It should also be noted that it was named PMS(Pre Menstrual Syndrome) because Mad Cow Disease was taken.

guy 1: hey hows your GF?
guy 2: That bitch broke up with me in a fight about some useless shit!
guy 1: Was she PMSin?
guy 2: ya
