Literal Macedonian slang for telling some to arrive early on purpose because you know they will be late. Transformed like a regular verb with -ed. Comes from the Slavic word Stoj which means to stop in demanding form. Stojce is a diminutive form of stoj that gets used as a verb. Zastoj means a complete stall in a process.
A: "Why are we going to the mall so early?"
B:"Don't worry about it just get ready at 7"
Person A is Stojceing Person B, because they know Person A will be late.
