a sound effect simulating a male form of frustration that can often be textualized as "grr" or "urrrghhhhhherrrrrrrrraaaaaa;"
Many times "man grr" is used in bitter annoyance like walking through the blustering wind, or when someone has the utter audacity to aggravate another social being. Bonus points if proclaimed by a female. Guys dig it.
