A “wtf” reaction, adapted from; "Theres levels to this shit", that means “this is deeper/more complicated than it looks.” Said when someone tells you a crazy story, when a situation is layered beyond saving, or when chaos happens around you and all you can do is laugh.
Often used as:
disbelief (“leh…”),
sympathy for someone stuck in a mess,
a sarcastic “good luck with that,”
