1-(Noun) A feeling of nausea, dizziness characterised by paleness of skin, related to drug and marijuana use.
2-(Noun) A terrifyingly trippy high usually associated with shrooms.

1-Arthur pulled a ghost last night, he was pale as a ghost.

2-Last time I tried shrooms I got the worst ghost trip and didn't get out of bed for 3 days.
