N. An individual who doesn't take protections to protect others from viral infection. (e.g. A heavily breathing jogger during a viral pandemic outbreak who doesn't practice social distancing and does not wear a mask.)

To block a user (of an internet service, often Instagram) without a moment of thought because of the egregiousness of their words.

Clearly that guy is an obvious troll. I didn't pause a second to instablock him.
