1."Telling something like it is", often to the dismay of the conventional folk.

From the top of my head:

I say: Most South Park or Boondock episodes carry some form of truthism in it's satire.

AND The people being subjected to the satire say: Lies! LIES! AAARRRGGGHHHH!
