Voni is to feel or be one of (or however many of the 3 idgaf) 3 things; dead / death, pretty, or free. Voni is also a language created by st47ic himself (a faggot), he expresses himself through Voni by just not giving a fuck idk. the only way you can really understand the shit is if u fucking listen to wtf he is saying in this fucking project and try to decipher the eerie and inaudible words coming out of his fuck hole. it'll take time but you'll get it.
