semi-synthetic derivitive of morphine that creates feelings of bliss in users. heroin is very addictive, but feels good enough that most addicts at some point decided that they didn't care if it was addictive or not.

A cool, sexy person. Quite rare and in some parts of the world an endangered species. Beware of their sudden changes of mood and violence. You should be good to them or they will kill you.
