A politician that has neither the requisite skills to perform his duties adequately nor the cash to make it appear as if he has.

That Obama sure is an inspirational leader, especially for a, well you know...and that Bush, he's a dumbass but bought his way in. Remember Michael Dukakis? "Yeah..what a Halfacre that guy was!"
