O'Keeffe 

When male ejaculation gets splattered into the left eye of a male partner. If the right eye get's hit instead, it's called a "Donnelly" in some circles.

Example #1: Jimmy and I tried to O'Keeffe last night, but he flinched and we Donnelly'd instead.
