clapped out 

the definition of clapped out means after a huge night of whatever types of drug (mainly ecstacy), when your completely braindead, cant be fucked doin anything, and just sit there talking complete shit till the morning.

also could mean something thats just fucked up, like out of the ordinary that just happens randomly.

im that fuckin clapped out man,
