slow pay 

Term used to describe a person who usually pays their bills, but completely disregards the due date on the bill. They view the "date due" as a mere suggestion and send payment when they feel like it. Also, this is a person who is more likely to go and pay the bill in person, either because they don't have a checking account and need to pay cash or they think that will somehow make up for the fact that it is greater 11 days past the due date.

I didn't think Starkeesha was going to be able to buy that new Kia because she has bad credit, but they say she alright. She just slow pay.

Skanktastic 

This is a female who is a skank, but you still want to hit that. She is defined as a skank who is kind of fly (fantastic).

Yo dog, let's leave this club. They ain't no ho's up here that I want to hit. Oh wait, that one over on the pole is skanktastic and so is the other one dancing in the cage! My bad.
