combo or "if" and "when". Used when you're not sure if you're going to do something or not.

Ifen we hang out tonight, we should grab dinner first!

A friend that tells everyone everything. You need to filter what you say to them, because they will undoubtedly tell everyone anything you say.

"so i heard you slept with dave.."
"WHAT? who told you that?"
"gina"
"that damn filter friend. i knew i shouldnt have told her!"
