When acts of an abnormally hard core, debaucherous nature are occuring in multitude in a social situation.

Sam walks into apartment 13C and sees several forties of Colt 45, Spike and Jason railing lines of adderal off of the living room table while Nick takes huge hit out of Serious the Bong and says, "What kind of savagery is going on here?"

1.Similar to "busted" but with a Spanish flavor. Something that is either broken, ugly or dilapidated.

2.A situation with a negative or unfavorable outcome.

1.Yo, that kid's house is bustado.

2.She dumped him for that kid? Bustado.
