day-to-day-ware 

Software that is written so poorly that it must be changed very frequently in order for it to fulfill its intended purpose.

Man, I had to change that day-to-day-ware code several times a day to keep it running!

hackware 

Software that works well but is difficult to maintain due to the fact that it was written in haste and without consideration for tasteful or proper design.

Most of the stuff I write at work is total hackware.
