QWOL

(Cue-wall) Similar to the military term AWOL which stands for "absent without leave". QWOL stands for "Quit without leaving" and applies to a person who doesn't want to work but doesn't want to quit either.

"Murphy screwed me again! He's been QWOL for 6 months now, when are they going to can him?"

When the catcher is reluctant for back door action, he/she grasps pitcher's helmet between the buttocks and strokes pitcher's shaft until the pitcher spackles catcher's crack with spooge.
