Whilst taking a deuce, having a turd so long, or toilet bowl so shallow, that the turd bottoms out and thus breaks away from the anus. The sudden axis shift causes the turd to brush against the taint semi-erotically.

I took had a huge post-Starbucks Taint Tickler today. It was at least 14 inches long.
