Verb, pronounced Shoo-Lah, is the act of paying the bill at a restaurant in secret before it's served to the table.
The verb is adapted from Hebrew slang, commonly used among east coast jews.

Dotting

The act of starting to type a text message such that the recipient sees dots indicating you're typing, but then stopping to type so that the dots go away.

I texted her to ask if she wants to go out, and she's dotting me!
