An action in which you tickle someone in the ribs for a short amount of time. To shock them.

"Jigga! Ha, so foolish. I get you every time."
"Mom! Someone keeps bulling me at school..."
"And what do they do to you?"
"Well, they just... jigga me."

When you want to call someone a spaz, but realise it's mean and instead call them a spiz.

Generally a person who's being a bit of an asshole and annoying as hell.

"Spaz."
"Hey! what did you just call me?"
"Spiz."
"What does that mean?"
