Term coined by Taylor Swift. She describes glitter gel pen songs as songs in which you can imagine the lyrics being written with a glitter gel pen.

In other words, "lyrics that make you want to dance, sing, and toss glitter around the room." These songs "remind you not to take yourself too seriously, which is something we all need to hear these days."
