Bavarian creamer 

When (preferably) a woman gives you hand job/blow job using a Bavarian cream doughnut. A varation of this involves her licking it all up or eating the doughnut while performing the above mentioned. Not to be confused with a Boston creamer.

I would love that chic to give me a Bavarian creamer.
