When somebody knows their not going to make it in life, but try's anyway only to fail miserabley like the universe intended them too. When somebody deserves the fame but god doesn't respect them so he takes "blowie" out of the loop no matter what he does.
Blowie: "oh man im gonna try out for your football team", Coach: " Pssh, that blowie will never get on the team"
