A person, usually one who has serious lack of water and has intense social anxiety resulting in them often being unable to speak in front of other people.

He is so shy that he can't talk in public, he's such a Plox.
That guy gets 500ml water a day total, he must be a Plox.

Generally used as a term to define a cool person who uploads Ranked Bedwars montages along the names of "Going CrazyRBW Montage" and records their gameplay in very high framerate to make it look smooth

Wow that guy's video is so smooth, must be arbw.
