Snapper 

(noun) 1. A small amount of pot (usually rolled into a ball) that is smoked through a water pipe and completely consumed by the user in one breath. It makes a "snapping" noise when pulled through the small hole at the bottom of the bowl.

1. To horde a marijuana cigarette, consuming a larger portion of the sweet herb than ones smoking companions. 2. Somebody whom you dislike because they are stingy. 3. Something that is in the extreme realm of being bunk.
