The overbearing, spoiling, mollycoddling, meddlesome mother of a parent. Often found participating in the unsolicited role of taking over the parenting job from the actual parent.
I used to leave the baby with Devin's step-mom but when I went to pick the baby up after work, that grand-Smother wouldn't hand the kid over and actually snarled at me.
