BS Syndrome

A term to describe someone who lies when that someone knows perfectly well that lie is total bullshit and everyone can tell.

Jacob: "Oh dude, I was once bitten by a shark! But the scars have completely gone..."

Cindy: "Yeah sure!"

Alice: "What's up with the new guy?"

Cindy: "I'm guessing he has BS Syndrome"
